I am currently using Modevia.com for all of my hosting needs. The reason why I switched companies is, the gentleman who convinced me to join the first hosting company I used, started a business of his own and he won my loyalty because of his professionalism and caring attitude while I was with my first hosting company. Since I still consider myself somewhat of a Newbie Webmaster, I occasionally have to ask Modevia for help with setting something up...most recently it was with adding a sub-domain on one of my sites. And every time I have asked them for help, they've set up whatever I wanted and then they would tell me how to accomplish what I wanted. How many companies will do that these days? They literally go Above & Beyond every single time!
And, you can't beat their prices compared to other hosting companies either! :-)
